Coloring by Numbers is where we turn our Paint by Numbers into a coloring book instead of a painting canvas so everyone including you can experience it from the comfort of your home. Here in this article, we want to let you in a little secret on how you can create your personalized Coloring by Numbers yourself! Follow the steps below to start.

1. Select the photo that you want to turn into Coloring by Numbers

Before we head on to the next step, here are a few things you need to make sure

a. Photo is High Quality

In order for the program to detect the depth of the image and create a beautiful template for coloring, you have to make sure that your photo is clear and good quality.

b. Focus on subject

Whenever there is a subject in your photo, it is better to crop it to focus on the subject so you can have a more detailed template. It’s certainly worth a try for a less complicated image.

c. Limit the colors

If your image has a lot of colors, it can create tiny little details in the template that might be too complex or too small to color. 

2. Create your Coloring by Numbers template using PBNify

PBNify is a free site that converts your images to Paint by Numbers. 

a. Upload your image to PBNify

b. Choose the colors by clicking on the image that you have uploaded

c. Click PBNify button after you are done choosing your colors

d. Now you just need to save the Outline, Filled, and Color Palette

e. Print your outline template on A4 painting papers, and be ready to move on to the next step!

3. Prepare your coloring tools

a. Coloring pencils

b. Eraser

c. Pencil sharpener

4. Enjoy your personalized Coloring by Numbers!
